Your Safety is Our Priority

In response to the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19, our dentists in Streeterville, Midway, and Lakeview have implemented strict routines and safety guidelines to keep everyone safe during these trying times. Our staff, our patients, and our community mean the world to us and please trust that we are doing everything in our power to limit the spread of the virus while still providing quality dental services to the Chicagoland area.

What We Ask of You

Although we are still operational, we kindly ask that you stay home if you are feeling sick in any way. If you have recently traveled or you have been exposed to someone with the virus, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment. Please also arrive on time for your appointment instead of arriving too early to limit the number of people in the office at once. This will help us minimize the potential spread of the virus.

• – Please take advantage of our hand sanitizer located throughout the office and wear a mask at all times besides when you are in the dental chair.
• – As soon as you arrive at the office building, please call us and we will make sure that it is safe for you to enter.
• – Please come alone, and don’t bring additional friends or family members to the appointment.
• – If you need to cancel, please know that we are charging a late cancellation fee of $50 if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

Actions We are Taking

We want you to feel safe every time you visit our dentist in Streeterville. At Chicago Dental Solutions, our team is strictly following all guidelines from the CDC, ADA, and the Illinois State Dental Society. Specifically, we are limiting all aerosol-generating procedures that may increase the chances of COVID-19 spreading.

• We are under strict CDC, ADA and ISDS regulations and we are following all PPE and sanitization protocols to ensure our patients feel safe and protected.
• We will ask you quite a few questions over the phone as a “screening” to ensure everyone stays safe. Our staff is equipped with head-to-toe PPE equipment.
• We will be charging an additional $10 to your service to help us cover the extensive safety protocols we are following, including N95 masks, hospital-grade isolation gowns, air purifiers, face shields, thermometers, cavicide and gloves.
• Only one patient is allowed in at a time and we have scheduled additional time between appointments to give us time to properly sanitize between patients.
